Can you host my current website?

We are happy to host all existing websites that are suitable to work on our servers. This depends on various factors, but we can advise on an individual basis.

If your website has dynamic elements (clever bits) that won't work on our server, we may be able to redevelop sections for a small cost to work on our system, or even implement our Content Management System to manage your old website.

If your website presents a security risk, we reserve the right to decline or cancel hosting.

What does the hosting cost include?

The annual hosting fee includes the hosting of a single website and up to 5 email addresses (more can be set up if requested). The hosting doesn't include a support fee to keep costs low for you, although you can obviously ring us with any queries or highlight any problems at no charge to you.

We aim to provide a great website that meets your requirements and simply won't need continual fixes and changes, other than those you can make yourself with our Content Management System. Support work is otherwise covered on an hourly basis. A separate support contract can be arranged if you wish, covering amendments to your website, training in our office and consultation.

Our hosting fee is billable at the beginning of January each year, as part of your new project or as otherwise agreed. If you've moved an existing website to us, we'll factor the rest of the current year's hosting into the transfer costs.
