Is your design bespoke, specific to my business?

Yes, our websites are almost always unique designs, tailored to suit your business's name, colours and industry - plus your personal taste of course!

We initiate the web project with a 1-to-1 session to discuss design preferences. We write this up as a "design brief" - a document that we can both review and approve before we pass on to our graphic designer, who will then get sketching!

Only in rare instances might we use a pre-made design template if your budget doesn't allow for the extra cost of having a design that is tailored to you. But even then, we would use your logo and colours to ensure your clients know they've reached the correct website!

Who owns the copyright to the website design on completion?

You. The end design is produced for you and the copyright becomes your property. Feel free to use the design elements for your business signs, letter head and car sticker.

We hold onto the development files that we used to produce the website and its various elements. We can supply any designs that you need when we produce the project. If you need additional designs later down the line that require further work from us, then we can advise a cost and then produce those for you.

Don't worry, if it's just a case of sending you a pre-made image, then there won't be a charge, and any amendments will be at our standard hourly rate.
