Our Prices

Our charges for website design and development projects are generally quoted
in advance as part of a project proposal. We achieve a quote or estimate by
discussing your requirements one-to-one. We don't charge for the proposal or our initial meetings.

Each project is different, and hence so is the cost - a single webpage will be cheaper than a website with 100 pages. Get in touch for a free estimate.

Deposits & Payments

Once we have agreed a price and project plan, we will invoice for a deposit of typically 40% of the quote. If the project is larger, this may be less and conversely more for smaller projects. This payment kick-starts our development work and secures a mutual agreement to undertake the work.

A final payment is due on completion of the work prior to the website going live, unless otherwise agreed.

Support & Consultation

Support and maintenance for your website is usually charged at our hourly rate of $85 per hour [as of December 2020], or a monthly support fee can be arranged, dependant on what is more suitable for you and your website. We endeavour to ensure you are aware of any charges that you may have to pay, but feel free to ask for information about any charges.

Consultation in your workplace is still charged at our hourly rate of $85 per hour, with a minimum 2hr charge to cover our time, travel and administrative overheads, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
