Carterton's Richmond Gardens: Open Day
Carterton's Richmond Gardens will once-more open their gates to the public on Saturday, 27th April 2013; a day to see the Autumn display at the Beautiful Richmond Garden.
Richmond Gardens was conceived by John & Melanie Greenwood as a plan to create a formal garden - a place of peace and tranquility. Inspired by the 16th and 17th century gardens in Italy, they observed that tranquillity was achieved through a repetition of planting themes, lines, water and symmetry.
