Carterton's Richmond Gardens: Open Day
Carterton's Richmond Gardens will once-more open their gates to the public on Saturday, 27th April 2013; a day to see the Autumn display at the Beautiful Richmond Garden.
Richmond Gardens was conceived by John & Melanie Greenwood as a plan to create a formal garden - a place of peace and tranquility. Inspired by the 16th and 17th century gardens in Italy, they observed that tranquillity was achieved through a repetition of planting themes, lines, water and symmetry.
Richmond Garden is unique in New Zealand and captures many moods through twelve months of the year. Find out more via Eventfinda. Entry is $10, cash sales only.
